When families are experiencing distress, or a lack of connectedness, it can feel like 'the train has come off the tracks'! Whether the source is one family member's struggles, or an event that has triggered a down spiral, it is important to address the problem together to use the strength of the bond that once was there to put the family unit together again. We will work together to help you to understand each other better, communicate more effectively, uncover the unhealthy patterns that are causing the disruption, and get the train back on the tracks again.

I offer group counselling for a variety of age groups. This setting is very effective, particularly for school-aged children who have the opportunity to get support, and learn from others who have similar struggles, at an age when they often feel alone with the inner conflicts that weigh them down.
